The Technical Committee of Experts, based on the decrease of cases and the incidence of Covid-19, have decided to open Universities and to lift the quarantine for emigrants from Greece and Northern Macedonia. The news was announced by the Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu.
Meanwhile, Manastirliu said that because of the decrease in Covid cases in Northern Macedonia and Greece, according to her, it is no longer necessary that the persons coming from these two countries to be quarantined for 14 days.
The Minister further said that the other rules will continue to remain in force and the restriction of movement will be at 22:00 until 06:00 in the morning./abcnews.al
