Judges will resume work today for the first time in more than a month, since the first confirmed case of coronavirus in Albania.
On April 22, the High Judicial Council decided to resume judicial activity and services, respecting the measures against COVID-19.
It’s been notified that citizens will appear to at the courts only if they have an urgent case or have been notified in advance by the judicial staff by email or phone.
The only sessions that have taken place over the past month have been those described as urgent, such as security measures, overdue deadlines, or even the issuance of protective orders in cases of domestic violence./abcnews.al
