In the last 24 hours, 50 new cases and one victim have been registered in Albania. As the Ministry of Health announced, a 69-year-old patient from Kruja, who had been at the Infectious Diseases Hospital for 10 days, lost his life.
The 69-year-old is reported to have had acute leukemia, despite doctors’ efforts, he failed to win the battle with Covid-19.
It is also reported that in the last 24 hours there has been an increase in the number of hospitalized patients. Currently 64 patients are receiving treatment, 7 of them are in intensive care while 1 is intubated./abcnews.al
