The Ministry of Health confirms that during the last 24 hours, 19 new cases have been identified, bringing the total number of people infected by coronavirus to 494.
The day before, 8 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed.
The most affected areas so far are Tirana, Shkodra, Fieri and Durres.
There are currently 39 patients in the infectious disease service. 5 patients are in intensive care.
At COVID 2 Hospital “Shefqet Ndroqi”, there are 9 hospitalized patients. 7 patients are in intensive care, while 4 of them are intubated. At two COVID hospitals, 48 patients are currently hospitalized./abcnews.al
