Albania and Bulgaria have signed an agreement on social insurance, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced through a post on social networks.
The head of the government says that this step is another success for the recognition of social insurance for Albanians abroad.
“The Agreement on Social Insurance between Albania and Bulgaria is signed. Albania marks another success in the recognition of social insurance for Albanian citizens abroad.
The agreement regulates the insurance of citizens of Bulgaria and Albania when they work in both countries, guarantees their rights to insurance, payment of benefits in case of occupational diseases or accidents, as well as the conditions for granting different types of pensions”, Rama stressed.
