Former Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla, continues the battle with justice to escape prison. Through his defense lawyer, Llalla appealed this Monday the decision of the first instance to suspend the sentence of 2 years in prison.
Suspension of the decision is required, as according to the defense, locking him in a cell would have serious health consequences. It will now be the appeal of the GJKKO, where after setting a date it will decide whether to leave in force the decision of the First Instance, which rejected Llalla’s request, or will accept his request for suspension of sentence. Recall that 10 days ago the former chief prosecutor was declared internationally wanted.
SPAK closed the proceedings and sent his name to the Interpol office immediately after the police submitted the report for not finding him in the apartment or other places where he was thought to be. /abcnews.al
