The final draft of the changes and additions to the new Electoral Code, approved yesterday at midnight by the experts of the electoral reform table, is revealed.
Abc News has provided the document of the Electoral Code, in which all the necessary changes have been made that are expected to be passed in the Assembly for approval.
Sources for Abc News suggest that the document is expected to be submitted by Damian Gjiknuri to the Parliamentary Commission on Electoral Reform, whose mandate expires on Tuesday.
According to this draft, the elections will take place within the period April 15-May 15, or in the period October 15-November 15.

The KQZ will reject the lists of political parties if they do not have 30% women.
The government 4 months before the elections cannot make favorable decisions, such as tax cuts, pension increases, etc.
4 months before the elections, the government can continue the activities only with the permission of the KQZ. If the KQZ considers that activities are electoral , it blocks them and media broadcasting is prohibited.
The current KQZ will be dissolved on the day the new Electoral Code enters into force.
The chief commissioner will have a 7-year term. Vice-commissioner 4 years. Members of the Regulator 5 years, while KAS 9 years.
For the election of these 12 new members, the DP will bring a special envoy to the Assembly.
For the chief commissioner, the parliamentary commission will selects 3 names from all the candidates. The opposition envoy disqualifies one. With 84 votes, the Assembly elects one of the two remaining names.
For the vice-commissioner, the special envoy will chooses 3 names among the candidates, the deputies will disqualifies one. The Assembly votes in favor of the remaining two names.
For KAS and the Regulator, the opposition envoy appoints two names. 3 others are appointed by the deputies. Lists of 5 names are voted on in the block in the Assembly./abcnews.al
