Elis Rroshkodol, 36 years old, was shot dead on in Shkoder in the Zdrale area. The murder happened inside a bar, while the victim was drinking coffee.

“Around 12:30, in the “Ahmet Haxhia” neighborhood, in a bar, it is suspected that an unidentified citizen shot and killed citizen Elis Rroshkodolli, about 36 years old, a resident of Shkoder.
Upon receiving the notification, the services of the Shkodër Local Police Directorate and the leaders of the Directorate and the Shkodër Police Station immediately went to the scene.
Two groups of the National Security Force, the Shkodër Unit, went to the assistance of the Local Police and pursued the author. An investigative group has also been set up, which is at the scene and is continuing the intensive work in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office, to secure evidence for the legal documentation of this event.
