A 34-year-old man was arrested by the police in Kukës. This citizen tried to kill a person with a knife, during a momentary conflict, for weak motives. The event happened on June 15 in neighborhood no. 3 of the city of Kukës.
The 34-year-old, already arrested, was hit with hard objects by the injured, who is in the hospital of Prizren, under the care of doctors.
