The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, this Thursday, in implementation of the Constitution, has decreed three laws. Through a press release, it is announced that among the laws enacted today by the head of state is the one on the supply and distribution of Pfizer vaccines.
The President also decreed the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Cinematographic Co-production as well as the ratification of the convention between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the State of Israel for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion income.
