910 thousand citizens have been fully vaccinated against COVID

Within the first 10 days of November 15 thousand people have been vaccinated against COVID. The Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu, visited the health center in Selita this Wednesday, where she stressed out that the state of readiness has increased.

“The increased state of readiness is also in our country for the fact that we are focused on the most important program which is the vaccination against COVID. We started with the third doses, vaccination of +16 years old and children +12 years old who have problems with various diseases related to immunity. “More than 15 thousand vaccinations have been carried out during these days of November”, said the minister.

She stated that so far in our country 910 thousand citizens have been vaccinated with both doses, while a total of more than 2 million and 500 thousand vaccines against COVID have arrived.

“Vaccination to increase vaccine coverage continues. More than 910 thousand citizens have been vaccinated with both doses, while we continue with the supply. More than 2 million and 500 thousand vaccinations have arrived in the country. “We will continue with the door-to-door vaccination plan,” she said.

Another important program, the minister stressed, is that of influenza vaccination.
