A 53-year-old man in Gjirokastra has been arrested after being suspected of sexually abusing a minor. It is reported that the police have detained K. H., 53 years old, resident in Libohova, as it is suspected that at different periods of time he had violent sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old girl.
The girl is in the hospital to receive medical assistance and to undergo further examinations.
The materials in charge of the 53-year-old were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Gjirokastra, for the criminal offense “Sexual or homosexual intercourse with violence with minors aged 14-18 years.” /abcnews.al
