Two vacancies in SPAK, High Prosecution Council approves the list of candidates

The High Prosecution Council has decided to approve the list of candidates for two vacant positions in the SPAK, who meet the legal requirements for promotion, after a preliminary evaluation. The candidates who meet the criteria are: Alfred Shehu, Elvin Gokaj and Sonila Muhametaj (Domi).

According to the HPJ, they will continue the further competition for prosecutors at the SPAK.

Also in today’s meeting, HPJ has appointed prosecutor Petrit Çano in the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Kruja. Whereas, Erjon Shehaj has been appointed to the position of Head of the Prosecution at the Lezha Court of First Instance. / abcnews.al
