On the eve of the winter season, the Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi together with the Director of the Civil Defense Agency Haki Çako requested the close cooperation of local government leaders to take measures to cope with the consequences that may bring rain.
During a meeting with the mayors of the country and the prefects of 12 regions, the Minister of Defense noted the fact that Albania has already entered the high risk zone, based on the annual global risk report.
