B., 29 years old, has been declared wanted, as a judicial police officer at the Puka Police Commissariat, suspected of favoring “Cultivation of narcotic plants” committed within a structured criminal group. The latter was not found in the apartment.
SPAK explains that the investigation lasted for about a year and managed to document the activity of some criminal groups involved in the cultivation of narcotic plants in mountainous areas between the municipalities of Puka and Mirdita, who have interacted with each other to secure the sale of narcotics, as well as provided support to continue this activity by the police structures, who informed them about the controls that would be exercised in the area.
