Cannabis cultivation, four arrested in Shkodra

Four people have been arrested for cannabis cultivation in Shkodra. It is known that with the finalization of the operation codenamed “Naraçi” were arrested Aleksandër Dodani, 30 years old, Gjergj Mardoda, 64 years old, Mark Mardoda, 56 years old and Alvaro Mardoda, 21 years old, the fourth resident of the village Naraç.

During the operation, from the controls exercised on the lands owned by the four arrested in this village, the police found cultivated cannabis plants.
