The number of infected people in Albania is increasing, including those who have been vaccinated

The situation with Infectious is serious. The number of people being admitted to receive health care is increasing, while only yesterday 20 new patients were admitted. So far, 81 patients are receiving health care in this service.

As the journalist Ema Shazivari reported, an 18-year-old tetraplegic who is in serious condition is currently hospitalized at Infective. There are also hospitalized patients who have received both doses of the Pfizer vaccine. So the vaccine has not avoided in these cases either infection or hospitalization.

Taking health care are mainly people who have other concomitant diseases, but it seems that the symptoms are milder and there have been no fatalities in vaccinated people so far.

As it has been announced before, if the capacities at Infective become depleted, the pan is to return the former surgery to Covid hospital again. / abcnews.al
