Fatbardh Kadili has submitted to the Blue Headquarters, the candidacy for chairman of the Democratic Party. He said that the candidacy for the leader of the Democratic Party, in front of Lulzim Basha will not be easy, as he claims that Basha has all the assets to use against him.
“The request for candidacy for the leader of the Democratic Party is an important moment and has a load of emotion. A turning point and though it is an asymmetric race. The incumbent mayor does not leave the office and has the means to face opponent Rama, but they will be in front of me today. But there is another side to that of morality. And I am many times superior. I come to this race to serve in the DP and facing purity, integrity ”
The group for the Democratic Party has sent today to the party leadership the two candidates who will challenge Lulzim Basha in the June 13 elections. As previously reported, the two candidates of this group are Edit Harxhi and Ibsen Elezi.
The requirements are as follows:
1)The Presidency of the ADP(Albanian Democratic Party) and the Electoral Commission made available to the candidates for Chairman of the ADP, no later than May 24, 2021, the full list of membership of the ADP.
2) Review the composition of the Election Commission and those at the branch level, including representatives of candidates for President.
3) To draft an agenda of joint meetings of the candidates with the membership, to reveal the political platforms and the development of the debate.
4) The Organization Office and the branch presidencies put in function the candidates for ADP Chairman, the infrastructure and the administrative resources for the development of the above mentioned joint meetings.
Recall that on Thursday, the Group for the Democratic Party asked the leader of the Democrats Lulzim Basha that the elections within the party be postponed to July.
