The Commander of the Support Command, Brigadier General Ndricim Sallaku died on Saturday due to coronavirus.
This news was made public by the Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, who considered the deceased General as a person with an extraordinary sense of community sensitivity and one of the most prominent cooperators.
General Sallaku won every challenge, where he served in the Armed Forces, but unfortunately lost the battle with COVID-19, proclaimed the Defense Minister.
“I am speechless about the sudden separation from life of the Commander of the Support Command, Brigadier General Ndricim Sallaku.
In such a short time on top of the Ministry of Defense, General Sallaku showed that he was one of the most prominent collaborators, with an extraordinary sense of sensitivity for the community, which he showed even during the recent floods in Nenshkodra and Katund i Ri.
