Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) has released from prison this Monday the Chief of Logistics of Prison 313, Florin Ahmetaj. He was arrested several months ago on corruption charges.
Earlier, this court released the former director of the prison, Edurat Struga businessman Ervin Kurtulla. A few weeks ago, the Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption (SPAK) closed the investigation and sent the file to the court.
The above-mentioned persons are charged by the Special Prosecution and handcuffed for corruption. According to SPAK, the director and his subordinate took about 550 thousand ALL from Kurtulla in order for the latter to exercise the commercial activity of coffee trading through machines located in the Prison 313, in the capital./abcnews.al
