A 31-year-old man was arrested after being caught transporting illegal immigrants.
Korça Police announced that the arrest of the 31-year-old with the initials P. M., took place on the road axis Pogradec-Qafe Thane, near the place called “Terhan River”.
At the time of his arrest, the 31-year-old was transporting with the vehicle type “Volkswagen Touran”, 9 illegal immigrants who, for the amount of 50 euros each, had promised to cross to EU countries.
The materials were sent to the Pogradec Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action./abcnews.al
