Force of Law Operation (OFL) has cast its eyes Friday towards 6 offenders, 5 of which are from Tropoja and one of them is from Kukes. The perpetrators have been found guilty of various criminal charges such as “Armed robbery”, “Structured criminal group” and “Drugs trafficking”.
Under the Special Law on property measures against individuals convicted or accused of organized crime or serious crimes, the responsible of the crimes have to fill in the self-declaration forms in writing within the next 48 hours.
The information collected from law-breakers’ self-declaration will then be submitted to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized (SPAK) for further legal action, according to the Force of Law.
Law-breakers, according to the Force of Law are:
– Lavdrim Pepkolaj, resident of Kukës, convicted of the criminal offense “Armed robbery”, committed in collaboration;
– Arbër Doçi, resident of Tropoja, convicted in Belgium for the criminal offense “Structured criminal group”;
– Besmir Mulgeci, resident of Tropoja, convicted in Italy for the criminal offenses “Narcotics trafficking” and “Production and sale of narcotics”;
– Amarildo Danjolli, resident in Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
– Kastriot Brahaj, resident in Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offense “Armed robbery”, committed in collaboration;
– Ilirjan Nezaj, resident in Tropoja, convicted of the criminal offense “Coercion through threats or violence to give away property”.
“OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for imposing of emergency seizures on assets suspected to have been obtained from crime, as well as for sending the self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law”, says the Force of Law./abcnews.al
