The lot for the selection of members of the Judicial Appointments Council will take place on December 4 in the presidency. The announcement was made by President Ilir Meta through a press release.
According to the statement the Constitutional Court, the High Judicial Council and the High Prosecution Council have sent the names of prosecutors and judges to the institution of the president.
Meanwhile, for the selection of members of the Judicial Appointments Council, the presidency emphasizes, those judges and prosecutors who meet the legal requirements will be included. Present at this ceremony will be the People’s Advocate who will closely monitor the whole process./abcnews.al
