Force of Law Operation (OFL) has put under scrutiny Tuesday two convicted offenders from Fier and two more from Tirana, who must declare the sources of their assets in the framework of combating serious and organized crime.
Accountable to OFL have been held:
-F.K., resident in Fier, convicted “Production and sale of narcotics”
-R.R., resident in Fier, convicted for “Premeditated attempted murder”
-L.Ç., resident in Tirana, convicted of “Exploitation of prostitution”
-Sh. K., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Attempted exploitation of prostitution”, committed in collaboration.
These persons, as the subject of the Special Law must respond in writing within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized (SPAK) for further legal action.
“OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for imposing of emergency seizures on assets suspected to have been obtained from crime, as well as for sending the self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law”, stated the Force of Law./abcnews.al
