OFL has sent the asset declaration form to four persons convicted of production and sale of narcotics.
They are Dermush Buzheri, Tatiana Gjini, Zhuljen Bezati and Gazmir Muhaj.
“These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must answer within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers will be sent to SPAK, for further action.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on the suspected assets obtained from the crime, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons that are subject to the Special Law “, OFL informs.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of property, citizens:
D. B., resident in Gjirokastra, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”;
T. Gj., Resident in Gjirokastra, convicted for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”;
Zh. B., resident in Permet, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
G. M., resident in Përmet, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
