OFL this Tuesday sent the self-declaration form to four convicts for drugs in Berat.
Sources for ABC suggest that the form has been sent to, Blerim Vrapi, Agron Bardhoshi, Rexhep Spata, Lorenc Hoxha (Kanani).
These individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must respond within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of property, citizens:
B.V., resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offense “Drugs Trafficking”;
A.B, resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offense ” Prostitution”;
R.S., resident in Berat, convicted in Finland for the criminal offense “DrugsTrafficking”;
L.H. (K.), resident in Berat, convicted in Switzerland for the criminal offense “Drugs Trafficking”.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.
OFL will inform the public on an ongoing basis about all procedural initiatives and executive operations it will carry out./abcnews.al
