Operation Force of Law (OFL) has sent Friday the request for the declaration of assets to 3 citizens from Korça, who have been convicted for murder, armed robbery, and production and sale of narcotics.
OFL has given 48 hours to these three persons with a criminal record to complete the self-declaration form of their assets, otherwise, the procedures of confiscation of the Special Anti-Crime Package will be applied.
“Juxhin Kulla, Vasfi Bedulla, Teodor Grazhdani, these individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must answer in writing, within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to SPAK, for further action,” OFL notified.
-Juxhin Kulla., resident in Korça, convicted of the criminal offenses “Attempted production and sale of narcotics” and “Attempted narcotics trafficking”, committed in collaboration.
-Vasfi Bedulla., resident in Korça, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder due to family relations”.
-Teodor Grazhdani, resident in Korça, convicted of the criminal offense “Armed robbery”, committed in collaboration./abcnews.al
