Operation Force of Law has sought the declaration of assets to 7 convicts. One of them is Arjan Dalipi arrested for the cocaine laboratory in Xibraka. The convicts have been sentenced of murder, drug trafficking, and prostitution exploitation.
“OFL has sent written requests for self-declaration of sources of property, to citizens:
Faslli Buzi, resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration;
Nazmi Aliu (alias Buzi), resident in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration;
Dëfrim Kurtdeda (alias Dëfrim Sina), resident in Lushnje, convicted of the criminal offenses “Drug Trafficking”, and “Production and sale of drugs”, committed in collaboration;
Maliq Hyka, resident of Fier, convicted in Italy for the criminal offenses “Criminal Organization” and “Drug Trafficking”;
Shaban Lami, resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder of State Police employees”;
Arjan Dalipi, resident of Elbasan, convicted of the criminal offense “Drug Trafficking”;
Marsel Selamaj, resident of Berat, convicted in Italy for the criminal offenses “Criminal Organization” and “Exploitation of prostitution”.
They must respond in writing, within 48 hours to all OFL questions, and then the answers will be sent to the SPAK.
