Operation Force of Law has sent the form for self-declaration of assets to three people in Vlora. According to OFL, the form was sent to Saimir Rrapaj, Fotaq Zahari, Bexhet Alliaj.
The latter have been convicted of murder, kidnapping and drug trafficking.
They must declare their assets within 48 hours:
S.Rr., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
F.Z., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Kidnapping for profit”;
B.A., resident in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Drug Trafficking”.
