Operation Force of Law requires the declaration of assets of four convicts. According to OFL, the form was sent to Besnik Lamçe, Qemal Kaçi, Ermal Lila (Reçi), Vehap Shehu.
The latter have been convicted of murder. The suspects must respond within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then all the answers will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
-B. L., resident in Tirana, convicted of committing the criminal offenses “Premeditated Murder”, committed in collaboration and “Theft”;
-Q. K., resident in Burrel, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”;
-E. L. (R.), resident in Peshkopi, convicted of the criminal offense “Murder in special circumstances”
-V. Sh., Rresident in Fushë Bulqizë, Dibër, convicted for the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”, remaining on probation.
OFL has continued his uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on the assets allegedly obtained by hacking, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law.
