Operation Force of Law (OFL) went this Friday in Berat and Tirana, demanding information in connection to the property of 5 people convicted of drug trafficking, violent theft, and kidnapping.
They are Tauland Starova, Marinelo Sula, Kliton Hoxha, Nderim Deliu and Gramos Toto. These individuals, as OFL says, must answer in writing within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK for further action.
“In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of property to:
-T.S, resident in Tirana, convicted in Switzerland, for the criminal offense ‘Narcotics Trafficking’;
-M.S, resident in Ura Vajgurore, Berat, convicted of the criminal offense ‘Violent theft’;
-K.H, resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offense ‘Violent theft’;
-N.D, resident in Berat, convicted of the criminal offense ‘Kidnapping’;
-G.T, resident of Berat, convicted in Italy for the criminal offense ‘Narcotics Trafficking’.
OFL will inform the public on an ongoing basis of all procedural initiatives and executive operations it will carry out,” OFL’s agent made known./abcnews.al
