President Meta has reacted to the issue of the maritime border with Greece, where Prime Minister Mitsotakis has stated that Greece will expand up to 12 miles in the Ionian.
Meta has said that he will stand by the decision of the Constitutional Court until the end.
“Albanians must be sure that the President will always protect the Constitution.
The president stated that he will respect the decision of the Constitutional Court and this should be done by all the institutions.
The Constitutional Court in 2010 rejected the maritime agreement with Greece. The Constitutional Court by Decision 15, dated 15.4.2010, abrogated the agreement. /abcnews.al
