Operation Force of Law (OFL) has sent self-declaration forms to seven persons with criminal past, who must provide lawful sources for their assets.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, in recent days, OFL has launched written requests for self-declaration of sources of wealth to citizens:
N.S., residing in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Trafficking in narcotics”
R.Z., residing in Vlora, convicted in Italy, for the criminal offense “Criminal organization for the purpose of international drug trafficking”
S.B., residing in Vlora, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder” remaining in the attempt ”
E.G., residing in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics
P.K., residing in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Premeditated Murder”
A.R., residing in Fier, convicted of the criminal offense “Trafficking in women for prostitution”
L.H., residing in Lushnja, convicted for the criminal offenses “Murder in qualifying circumstances” remaining attempted, “Illegal possession of weapons” and “Breaking public order”.
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond in writing, within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then, the answers received will be sent to the SPAK, for further action. OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law,” OFL’s agent announced. /abcnews.al
