The Deputy Chairman of the Electoral Reform, Damian Gjiknuri, has shown to the Assembly on July 1 the final draft for this reform. Political negotiations closed on June 30 with some changes to the amendments.
But, speaking today from the rostrum of the Assembly, MP Myslim Murrizi has stated that the the discussions of April 21, will not be completed.
Murrizi also called the draft unilateral. On the other hand, the Speaker of the Parliament, Gramoz Ruçi, stated that the draft was not sent at 12 o’clock at night, but at 14:00, within the official time./abcnews.al
