President Ilir Meta at a press conference said that the economy continues to be at a high informal level. The President said that for the three laws related to concessions and taxes of Albanian citizens, the Assembly has not been cooperative.
During his speech, Meta clarified the issue of decrees that were rejected by the Parliament.
“I appeal on the Assembly not to pass laws that lead us to corruption. The Assembly has the duty to pay a special attention at these elements in order not to become part of lobbying groups “, said Meta.
