This Monday, the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, decreed a new law on the electricity sector.
Meta decreed this law, Pursuant to Article 84, point 1 and Article 93 of the Constitution, “On some changes and additions to law no. 43/2015, “On the electricity sector”, as amended.
According to the head of state, this law has reflected the recommendations given by the Secretariat of the Energy Community, for the full realization of the autonomy of the Transmission System Operator./abcnews.al
