Doctors and staff who have served during the pandemic period are demanding the compensation that Prime Minister Rama has promised to them, the amount of 1000 euros for doctors and 500 euros for nurses and for support staff.
The request comes from the staff of the Durrës hospital, who were the first to face numerous cases that entered in Albania and tested positive for COVID-19.
The head of the confederation of doctors in the Durrës region, Zija Alhysa, says that the Prime Minister should keep his word as their staff has been at the forefront of this pandemic.
