The parliamentary group of the Socialist Party met on Tuesday morning at the pink headquarters. ABC News reporter Fiona Xhafaj reported in a live link that the meeting lasted 30 minutes, where the orders left by Prime Minister Edi Rama at yesterday’s meeting and in the assembly were discussed.
“The meeting started about 30 minutes ago and has just ended. It was a short meeting of the parliamentary group of the SP a day after the new members who were voted in the assembly of Sunday gathered in the leadership.
In this meeting, Prime Minister Rama’s orders were discussed again in the presidency meeting yesterday afternoon. The issue of Olta Xhaçka’s mandate and that of Kurum’s remains were also discussed,” the journalist reported.
A day ago, Prime Minister Rama gathered the new leadership of the party at the headquarters. This came just one day after the National Assembly of the SP, where the 12 leaders of the party in the country’s districts were presented.
The Assembly of the Socialist Party is followed by the Congress and the continuous call for the re-energization of the Socialists, announcing the creation of a new structure for young people who engage in politics./abcnews.al
