President Ilir Meta announced through an extraordinary press conference that will indict Ardian Dvorani, the head of the Council of Emeritus of Justice, on Monday.
Meta said the head of the KED has committed various unjust acts through abuse of his duty in violation of the law with appointments to the Constitutional Court.
“I want to let you know my decision as President to submit a criminal report on Monday as president of the Republic against Ardian Dvorani acting head of KED ”.
Meta accuses KED leader for abuse of his power.
“I accuse him of these criminal acts: abuse of duty Article 248 of the penal code and acquisition of title or state duty, 246 penal code.
The reaction comes after harshly debates over the past few days on the appointment of members of the Constitutional Court. /abcnews.al
