The two brothers Leonard and Elis Duka are known as rivals of the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj, due to the clashes and murders that occurred between members of their groups over the years. Leonard and Elis Duka are accused of murdering ex-policeman Santiago Malko.
The former policeman was shot in his car with 4 bullets on August 27, 2019, around 9:25 PM in Tirana. The event took place on “Xhanfize Keko” street, near the area of Xhamllik.
