“Albanian citizens, who traveled last week for work or tourist reasons in the Middle East are healthy and well.”, thus declared the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Igli Hasani.
Through a note on “Facebook”, the Albanian chief diplomat adds that “as a result of the Iranian attack against Israel, since Saturday evening, through coordination with the embassies of the Republic of Albania in Israel and Egypt, the organization has been made for the return of all citizens Albanians whose flights were canceled due to the tense situation in the region”.
Furthermore, Hasani says that 15 Albanian citizens are expected to arrive Monday evening in Tirana and Pristina.
According to the minister, in the meantime, work is being done on the return of two other Albanians, who did not answer phone calls in time while the next flight was being prepared.
