The High Court let in force this Wednesday the seizure of 25 properties of Jamarber and Argita Malltezi.
The judicial bodies composed by Ilir Panda, Sokol Binaj and Sander Simoni refused to remove the seizure of the assets of the daughter of the historical leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
There are 25 properties and bank accounts seized by the Special Prosecution against Corruption due to the investigations on ‘Partizani’ complex of buildings.
The son-in-law of Berisha, Jamarber Malltezi is accused for corruption and money laundry and he is actually under ‘house arrest’ security measure.
