The court of Tirana decided to put in a psychiatric hospital, Jetnor Zhaboli, the man who isolated his family and surveyed with camera the house.
During Monday’s session, court changes the security measure from ‘prison arrest’ to temporary hospitalization to the psychiatric hospital the man who terrorised his family.
The decision came after the expertise on his mental health, that defined that he is irresponsible of what he did.
Zhaboli was arrested after a denounce made by his neighbours for dozens of cameras installed in his house, palace and neighbourhood. Police found a farewell letter of his wife, who tried to commit suicide due to this situation.
