Two people have been arrested in Vlora by the police, after cracking down on a case of using counterfeit banknotes. The two citizens, Arif Alia 23 years old and Demo Alushaj 22 years old, were put in handcuffs after using the banknotes to buy products in several commercial entities in the city of Vlora.
The police seized as material evidence 2,500 suspected counterfeit euros, 120,400 ALL, 1 “BMW” type vehicle and 4 mobile phones.
In addition, the proceedings were initiated in a free state for a 21-year-old man, as it is suspected that he was aware of the criminal activity of 2 citizens.
