The Special Court did not come out with a decision this Thursday, regarding the complaint of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who requested permission to participate in the sessions in the Assembly.
ABC News reporter Ermal Vija reports that the hearing has been postponed and the next one will take place on February 8, at 2:30 p.m. Judge Irena Gjoka found that Berisha did not sign the letter, but his daughter, Argita Malltezi.
