Gabriel Escobar will visit Albania in a few days

The special envoy of the United States of America for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, is expected to visit Albania later today. ABC News learns that the senior American official will stay in Tirana from April 11-13.

This visit of the high American representative comes a few days before the start of the electoral campaign for the local elections on May 14./abcnews.al
