Speaker of Parliament, Lindita Nikolla has called this Thursday for the maximum punishment of Dan Hutra who murdered three persons on Wednesday, in Kamza area of Tirana.
In her opening speech, Nikolla also invited the lawmakers to hold one minute of silence in honor of the victims.
“Yesterday in Kamze, a serious incident happened, where 3 women were killed and three others were injured. Yesterday’s event should make us reflect and move. The aggressor was caught and deserves the maximum punishment according to the law. For the tragically cut short lives, we invite you to observe a minute of silence”, said Nikolla.
