Cairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, left his office in the blue headquarters and joined the opposition protest that is being held this Thursday in front of the Parliament building.
After walking towards the protesters, Berisha greeted those present, while he started his speech with accusations against Rama. At the same time as the protest in front of the Assembly, the plenary session is being held accompanied by debates.
“You are here today for every Albanian who believes that the Parliament should be the temple of democracy and not the bunker of forbidden speech. You are protesting today for all those Albanians who believe, but want to believe, that Albania is a blessed country. Why this parliament, from the temple of free speech, has turned into a bunker of forbidden speech,” said Berisha.
