The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has stated that today they will submit to SPAK the report regarding the murder of four citizens on January 21, 2011.
He said that these murders are state murders and according to him, SPAK should reopen the investigations and anyone responsible should bear responsibility before the law.
“Those four murders can never be negligent murders. If there is a new fact that has come to light, that there was radio communication from the fire group, and this certainly remains a state crime and uninvestigated event.
We expect SPAK to take up this issue, investigate it, in a comprehensive way and whoever was responsible, and regardless of the position they had, answer to justice. Today, I will file the report in SPAK as the Minister of Justice”, he said.
During the communication with the journalists, Minister Manja said that the “evidence” that has come to light from the audio-interception, it is now up to the new justice to verify its authenticity. According to him, the victims, as well as society, are waiting for January 21 to be revealed completely.
