SPAK has completed the investigations and sent to trial the former judge of the Supreme Court, Guxim Zenelaj, who is accused of concealing assets.

“The Special Prosecutor’s Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime completed the investigations and sent to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, the request for the trial of criminal proceedings no. 137/5 of 2021, in charge of the defendant Guxim Zenelaj, former judge in the Supreme Court, accused of the criminal offense of “Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or of any other person who has the legal obligation to declare”. carried out in the form of false declaration, provided for by article 257/a/2 of the Criminal Code.
